Those of you who know me well know that I am not the picturesque mom that loves to make cookies WITH my kids. :) The inevitable mess and mass amount of time needed to make cut out cookies is just not what gets me going BUT I break down for Valentines day. If I'm going to do it, the more the merrier so Hope and her Momma joined in on the mess, I mean fun. Sharing the "fun" with another mom that likes to do this as much as I do helped me endure and cope with the adventure. Enjoy your glimpse of the cookie crew and for what it's worth, I'm still finding dried cookie dough on various household surfaces. urrrrr!
As this was a new holiday for Hope & Spiderman, it was a good teaching opportunity. No, Valentines Day is not like Christmas (gifts) and no, school is not cancelled for the celebration. :) Here is Boo with her hunk of Valentine Kiss.
